物联网/智能地球:用地震预警减灾FCS族扩充核电DCS(VI)

【摘要】 地震预警系统应实时接入智能城市装备的自动化系统中,在灾难发生前的秒分级时间内,自动启动防地震安全与减灾功能,并自动评估减灾效果。本文指出CC-Link Heirarcky与ProfiHeirarcky是目前能实现这一目标的理想平台,但其中仍有科学问题,特别是降低错/漏报概率的地震预警信号的高速判选触发功能和网络安防等。

【Abstract】 Real-time Earthquake Early Warning sub-systems should be online to access the automation systems in smart city. It can automatically start the operation of safety and disaster reduction functions before the arrival of the disaster, and automated assessment the mitigation effect of earthquake disaster. The author pointed out in this paper that CC-Link Heirarcky and Profi Heirarcky are the ideal platform to achieve this goal, but there are still some scientific problems, especially reduce the wrong/miss probability of earthquake early warning signal for the high speed identification trigger function and network security, etc.
