扩散渗析法回收高砷污酸中的硫酸

【摘要】 在实验室条件下,考察分析了静态扩散渗析中砷(Ⅲ)和硫酸的扩散渗析现象及通量、砷(Ⅲ)与硫酸之间的相互影响关系。结果表明,在3%~15%硫酸和1~3g/L砷(Ⅲ)的浓度范围内,砷(Ⅲ)显示为定量扩散的特征,硫酸浓度对实验结果影响较k·CAs·V/S砷(Ⅲ)泄漏;硫酸渗析系数随砷(Ⅲ)浓度增加而减少约5%~25%。综合实验数据,在24h静态扩散渗析基本稳定时,硫酸的平均回收率约50%,砷(Ⅲ)的平均泄漏率低于15%,可为实际工业提供指导借鉴。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly investigates the diffusion dialysis and flux of arsenic(Ⅲ)and sulfuric acid in static diffusion dialysis and the interaction between arsenic(Ⅲ)and sulfuric acid,and provides guidance parameters for the actual industry.The results show that arsenic(Ⅲ)shows quantitative diffusion characteristics in the concentration range of 3%to 15%sulfuric acid and 1-3 g/L arsenic(Ⅲ).The concentration of sulfuric acid has little effect on the experimental results.The increase in arsenic(Ⅲ)flux is basically consistent with the increase of initial arsenic(Ⅲ)concentration,and the correlation formula is established.This parameter can be used to estimate arsenic(Ⅲ)leakage.The sulfuric acid dialysis leaching coefficient decreases with the increase of arsenic(Ⅲ)concentration about5%—23%.Based on the experimental data,the average recovery of sulfuric acid is about 50% and the average leakage rate of arsenic(Ⅲ)is basically stable less than 15% in 24 hours.The diffusion dialysis method for recovering sulfuric acid from high arsenic acid has a good guidance for practical industries.
