起爆方式对深孔爆破影响的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for Effects of Detonation Mode on Long Hole Blasting
【摘要】 采用数值模拟方法,研究不同起爆方式下柱状药包大直径深孔爆破应力分布和关键点应力变化特点。结果表明,不同起爆方式下岩体内应力分布、关键点应力变化有显著差异,分析引起差异的原因。提出VCR法爆破中切槽—全孔侧向爆破与切槽—分段爆破适合采用特定的起爆方式。
【Abstract】 The stress distribution and key point stress variation characteristics of the large diameter deep hole blasting with initiation explosive column under different ways are investigated by using numerical simulation method. The calculation results show that the stress distribution and the stress variation at the key points are significantly different with different initiation ways,and the reasons for the differences are analyzed. The particular mode of initiation suitable for the VCR method of blasting cut groove-full hole side blasting and cutting—sectional blasting is proposed.
