【摘要】 目的:设计一种移动医疗救援系统,实现远距离移动环境下官兵生命体征的实时监测及救治。方法:采用Linux+Apache+My SQL+JAVA的开源架构,设计移动远程医疗子系统和无线临床监测子系统,并根据系统应用的不同场景选取不同的数据传输方式。结果:该系统可以与HIS有效对接,帮助医院优化流程、提高医疗效率。结论:该系统是集成应急环境下伤病员的生理数据跟踪采集、实时监控、智能判断、远程医疗的综合信息系统,可为应急状态下及时、恰当的诊疗方案和便捷的转诊提供有效的技术支持。

【Abstract】 Objective To design a mobile medical rescue system for vital signs tele monitoring and treatment at real time.Methods A open source framework by Linux, Apache, My SQL and JAVA was formed for the design of tele medical subsystem and wireless monitoring sub-system. Data transmission modes were selected according to different application conditions. Results The system had interfaces with HIS, and could be used to optimize flow and enhance efficiency in the hospital. Conclusion The system integrates the functions of vital signs tracking and acquisition, real-time monitoring,intelligent judgement and remote medicine, and can provide support for proper diagnosis and transfer treatment.
