【摘要】 目的:研制一种可携带重症急救设备的便携式前出急救背囊,以方便在无依托的环境下快速高效实施紧急医疗救援和卫勤保障。方法:在囊体外部设有携带重症急救设备的专用组合式囊袋,其内设备可通过管线出入口与外部有效连接,将重症急救设备集成于单个急救背囊。结果:可满足院前急救、突发紧急医疗救援、野战救护中对急危重症患者的快速医疗救治需求。结论:该新型急救背囊具有结构精巧合理、携带使用方便、功能强大广泛的特点,为重症伤员的一线救治提供了可靠的途径,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a portable forward first-aid package with emergency medical equipment for severe patients to quickly and efficiently perform emergency medical rescue and medical support in the helpless environment.Methods The package was developed by the idea that emergency medical equipment for severe patients was integrated into a single emergency package with mobile ICU function.Results The package could be used for pre-hospital first aid,emergency medical rescue and field medical rescue.Conclusion The package has the characteristics of refined and reasonable configuration,high portability and extensive function,so it provides a reliable way of first aid for severe patients and deserves popularizing.更多还原
