【摘要】 目的:减少应急状态下手术方舱内用品短缺现象,减少清点环节,节约人力,提高应急手术能力,从而更有效地提高对手术方舱管理的有效性。方法:选择封存式管理和开放式管理两种模式,并观察比较两种模式管理方式前后1个月在清点时间和手术方舱内物品完好率方面的差异。结果:手术方舱封存式管理与开放式管理在清点时间、车内物品完好率上差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:封存式管理可以提高手术方舱内麻醉急救药品、器械、物品数量和质量管理的有效性,节省应急状态下手术室人员的配置,是应对突发事件应急状态时一种有效的护理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To solve the shortage of supplies in the operation module, reduce inventory links, save manpower, and improve the ability of emergency surgery so that the management of operation module is effectively improved. Methods Both sealing management and open management are adopted and compared in the checking time and the unwounded rate in one month before and after using the two methods. Results There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the unwounded rate between the sealing management and open management. Conclusion Sealing management, an effective nursing measures in emergency affairs, can not only improve the control of the quantity and quality of anaesthesia and first-aid medicine and apparatus, but also save the manpower in operation room.更多还原
