【摘要】 目的分析2010—2017年亳州市孕产妇及婴儿死亡情况。方法对2010—2017年亳州市内包括谯城区、涡阳县、蒙城县、利辛县四个区域孕产妇婴儿死亡率及相关影响因素进行研究。结果 2010—2017年亳州市孕妇共计死亡96例,死亡率为15.24/10万,其中2010年死亡率最高,为20.24/10万,2017年死亡率最低,为10.99/10万。其中产科出血为最主要死亡原因,8年累计发生47例,占48.96%。其次为产心脏病和产褥感染,各13例,各占13.54%。从2010—2017年亳州市孕妇产检情况看,2011年产检率最低,为67.32%,2016年产检率最高,为94.03%。2010—2017年亳州市婴儿死亡率在2010年最高,为6.01‰,2015年最低,为3.24‰,总体呈下降趋势。结论 2010—2017年亳州市孕产妇及婴儿死亡率总体呈下降趋势,但个别年份出现反弹,应继续加强孕妇产检工作和儿童保健工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the maternal and infant death status in bozhou from 2010 to 2017. Methods Maternal and infant mortality rate and related influencing factors were studied in Bozhou city from 2010 to 2017, including four regions: qiaocheng district, guoyang county, mengcheng county and lixin county. Results From 2010 to 2017, 96 pregnant women died in Bozhou, the mortality was 15.24/100 000. The highest mortality was 20.24/100 000 in 2010, and the lowest mortality rate was 10.99/100 000 in 2017. Obstetric hemorrhage was the most important cause of death, a total of 47 cases occurred in 8 years, accounting for 48.96%. There were 13 cases of heart disease and puerperal infection, accounting for 13.54% respectively. From 2010 to 2017, the lowest maternity check-up rate of Bozhou was 67.32% in 2011, and the highest maternity check-up rate was 94.03% in 2016. From 2010 to 2017, the highest infant mortality in Bozhou was6.01% in 2010, and the lowest infant mortality rate was 3.24‰ in 2015. The overall trend was downward. Conclusion The maternal and infant mortality in Bozhou showed a downward trend from 2010 to 2017, but rebounded in some years. It is important to continue to strengthen maternal examination and child health care.更多还原
