纳米光触媒在医用中心负压吸引系统废气净化排放中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的本研究旨在探讨纳米光触媒在医用中心负压吸引系统废气排放中的应用,达到废气净化排放的目的,从而提升现代大中型医院医疗废气排放的净化水平。方法本文提出医院中心负压吸引系统污染废气的排放现状与污染废气处理方法,对吸引系统的污染废气排放设置一个净化环节,该环节设置了一种纳米光触媒净化箱结构,其原理是利用紫外线催化纳米光触媒对污染废气进行净化。结果经纳米光触媒净化排出的废气净化率大于90%。结论本研究使吸引系统废气在净化装置高度净化后排出,使医用中心负压吸引系统废气处理变得简单易行。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application of nano-photocatalyst in the exhaust emission of medical center negative pressure suction system, to achieve the purpose of purified exhaust emission, and to improve the level of decontamination of medical exhaust in modern large-and medium-sized hospitals. Methods In this paper, we proposed the current situation of exhaust emission of medical center negative pressure suction system and the treatment method of the exhaust. We set a purification link for the pollution exhaust by adding a photocatalyst purification box in the suction system. The ultraviolet catalyzed photocatalyst was used to purify the pollution exhaust. Results The purification rate of the exhaust purified by nano-photocatalyst was more than 90%. Conclusion In this study, the exhaust from the suction system was discharged after purification using our purification device, making the exhaust purification simple and feasible.
