大型立式浮顶油罐的减震分析研究

【摘要】 针对大型立式储罐地震响应和减震措施问题,利用流体力学速度势基本理论,根据储罐储液与罐壁的边界条件,导出了储罐振动的总速度势表达式;考虑浮顶板振动问题,对速度势进行了修正,在此基础上给出了隔震储罐体系的简化力学模型和运动方程,并以10万m3大型储罐为例进行了数值模拟计算。结果表明:大型储罐采用基底隔震装置,上部结构的加速度、基底剪力和弯矩等地震响应明显下降,大型储罐采用隔震技术后,减震效果明显,上部结构可以按低烈度进行设计。

【Abstract】 Aiming at earthquake response and damping measures problem of the large vertical storage tanks,the total expression of potential vibration velocity of storage tank is derived,based on the potential velocity theory of fluid mechanics and the boundary conditions between the liquid and the wall of the tank. A velocity potential expression is modified by considering roof vibration. A simplified mechanical model and the corresponding equation of motion of isolation storage tank system are presented. Taking a vertical steel tank of 100000m3 as an example,numerical simulation for the tank is performed. The results show that if base isolation device is applied in the large scale storage tank,the acceleration,the base shear and bending moment etc. are significantly reduced. When the isolation technology is used,damping effect is improved obviously,so the upper structure can be designed according to the low earthquake intensity.
