【摘要】 目的了解地震后灾民们的医疗和健康状况。方法采用问卷的方法随机对583人进行了健康调查,占村民总数的14.42%,采用自制的调查表,提供备选答案,以提问的方式让被调查者选择。使用Excel电子表格录入资料,对数据进行统计分析。结果村民们患有严重疾病的为67人(11.49%),有537人(92.11%)问卷时候感觉身体有不适;只有142人(24.36%)家中有常用药;317人(54.37%)患病是在村卫生站治疗的,村民就医最大的困难主要是医疗费太贵(41.34%)、大医院看病难(21.37%);他们迫切需要解决的问题是常见病的诊治(42.54%),健康指导(30.87%)。灾区97.77%的房屋受损,多数灾民们居住在活动板房(37.56%)和过渡房(30.87%),部分灾民住在复建的房屋里(10.12%),但仍有少数灾民居住在帐篷(8.75%)和危房(1.03%)里。结论地震后灾区人民已在恢复正常生活及生产,但灾区人民对卫生健康常识较缺乏,提示我们应该加强对灾民们卫生保健工作,而且工作的重点应该放在村卫生站。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the medical treatment and health situation of the people who had suffered in the earthquake. Method Doing healthy-related survey among 583 random people, 14.42% of the total population of the villagers, and using selfmade questionnaires with questions and provided answers. Use EXCEL for data collection and analysis. Result The number of villagers who has serious sickness is 67 (11.49%); another 537 (92.11%)with slight illness; only 142 people (24.36%) have commonly-used medicines; 317 peopl(e54.37%)go to local health station for medical treatments; the biggest problem for the villagers is high expenses in medical treatmen(t41.34%), and feel difficult to go to big hospital(s21.37%), the urgent problem to be solved is treat for common illnes(s42.54%),and health guides (30.87%). 97.77% houses were damaged, most villagers lives in moving shelter(s37.56%) and temporary house(s30.87%), some villagers live in newly-rebuilt house(s10.12%), but still there are some live in tent(s8.75%) and dangerous house(s1.03%). Conclusions Villagers have recovered and returned to normal life after the earthquake, however people are lack of common sense in healthy care, and the priority work ought to be laid in local health station.更多还原
