模糊PID控制器对热力模拟实验机温度控制的优化
Optimization of temperature control for thermo-mechanical simulator based on fuzzy PID controller
【摘要】 基于热力模拟实验机温度控制系统具有的惯性大、纯滞后等特点,针对在误差较大或实验条件变化时,常规的PID控制器不能满足温度控制精度要求的难题,MMS-300热力模拟实验机采用模糊自整定PID参数控制器,应用模糊集合理论根据不同的偏差e和偏差变化率ec在线自整定参数Kp,Ki,Kd。通过实际温度曲线与设定曲线的对比得出,模糊PID控制器的控制效果良好。
【Abstract】 Temperature control system of thermo-mechanical simulator is characterized by large inertia and pure delay etc.When error is larger or experimental condition is changed,conventional PID controller can not meet precision requirement of temperature control.Fuzzy self-tuning PID parameter controller was adopted in MMS300 thermo-mechanical simulator and fuzzy set theory is applied to self-tune parameters Kp,Ki and Kd on-line according to different deviation e and deviation variation rate ec.Through the contrast of actual temperature curve and setting curve,it is concluded that fuzzy PID controller has good control effect.
