【Abstract】 Optically stimulated luminescence( OSL) which is a common dating method that widly used in quaternary geology. It is introduced in detail that the principle of the OSL,sampling methods and workflow of the laboratory. What include in laboratory Operations are protreament of sediments,measurement of the radiation dose rate and dose equivalent( D e).
