香港国际机场扩建工程水下深层水泥搅拌桩的试验检测

【摘要】 水下深层水泥搅拌桩法(DCM)作为一种软土地基加固技术,由于实体不可见,其施工过程质量控制及成桩试验检测就显得尤为重要。以香港国际机场扩建工程为例,介绍了水下DCM施工工艺及其试验检测,包括水泥、水原材料选择及检验,水泥浆比重测试及试件成型,钻芯取样及芯样无侧限抗压强度测试等。并对水泥掺量、芯样养护条件、标准龄期及成桩检测方法等提出建议。

【Abstract】 As a soft ground reinforcement process, the method of deep sea cement mixing(DCM) pile is particularly important in the construction process quality control and pile test because its solid is not visible. With the expansion project of Hong Kong international airport as an example, the underground DCM pile construction process and its testing including selection and testing of such raw materials as cement and water, the relative density measurement of cement slurry and sample forming, the core sampling and unconfined compression strength test of core sample etc. are introduced in detail, and the suggestions for cement dosage, core sample curing conditions and standard age etc. are also put forward.
