应用套管爆炸整形法治理墨西哥湾油井漏油
Application of Plastic Pipe Explosion in the Treatment of the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill
【摘要】 论文在分析墨西哥湾盆地地质特征基础上,指出油层异常高压是引起漏油的主要原因,并采用国内常用的经验公式对漏油量进行了估算.在综述国内外漏油处理方法的基础上,基于油井增产和治理套损的技术原理,采用逆向思维和多学科集成思路,提出应用爆炸整形法治理墨西哥湾油井漏油.具体技术设计为:(1)根据地质资料、钻井资料和测井资料确定爆炸套管井深范围;(2)利用聚能射孔技术实施目的井段爆破,实现套管被切断或严重变形,封闭油流通道;(3)点燃井筒中原油,造成井筒垮塌,填埋井眼,进一步封闭油流通道;(4)应用特种凝胶或冻结管爆破注浆加固技术进行堵漏,封井;(5)安装井口防喷装置;(6)钻减压井,根治地层高压造成的漏油事故.
【Abstract】 The reason of oil spill is found to be the abnormal high pressure in reservoir by analyzing the geological characteristics of the Gulf of Mexico basin.The amount of the oil spill was estimated by common empirical equations used in China.Application of plastic pipe explosion in the treatment of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill was proposed by reverse thinking and multidisciplinary thoughts,on the base of production increasing and casing damage treatment technical principles and the review of oil spill treatments abroad and home.The details are:(1) determine the depth range of exploded casing pipe;(2) use jet perforating explosion to blow up the object segment,to cut the casing pipe or seriously deform it,in order to seal up the oil flow channel;(3) set fire to the oil in well,to make the wellhole collapse and borehole covered,so that the oil flow channel will be better sealed;(4) use special jel technology or blast the freezing pipe and grout to stop the leak and seal the well;(5) install blowout preventer system;(6) drill the relief well to treatoil spill event that caused by high pressure in reservoir thoroughly.
