“8·7”甘肃舟曲县特大泥石流灾害遥感解译与评价研究

【摘要】 从泥石流形成的地形、地质和降雨条件入手,分析了本次泥石流灾害的特征与成因,并利用灾害发生前后的高分辨率影像数据、数字高程模型,通过数字影像正射纠正、数字制图、人机交互式解译等开展应急救灾工作,提取了灾区房屋毁损、道路破坏、河流堵塞、地质灾害等重要信息,在第一时间为前线救灾治理工作提供了丰富而准确的调查数据。同时对三眼峪沟泥石流治理工程进行了遥感解译评价,从灾后影像图分析,治理工程减少了洪峰流量和泥沙冲出量,对减轻本次灾害的严重程度有一定作用。

【Abstract】 This article started from the mixed conditions,such as topography,geology and rainfall,and analyzes the characteristics and causes of this debris flow.Besides,by using high-resolution image before and after disaster and DEM,we carried out the emergency relief work with technologies of digital ortho-images,digital mapping and man-machine interactive interpretation.At last,a series of quantitative data like damaged houses,damaged roads and blocked rivers,have been found under our efforts in time.And these can provide the rich and accurate data for the front-line succor and disaster management in the first time.Meanwhile,this article made an evaluation of remote sensing interpretation on the control works of debris flow of Sanyanyu.From the post-disaster image map,we also can see that debris flow treatment project reduced the peak flow and the out quantities of sediment to alleviate the result of this disaster.
