【摘要】 目的了解汶川地震灾区健康人群流行性脑膜炎(流脑)A群、C群抗体水平,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法 采集灾区灾民安置点中5～年龄组、10～年龄组、15～年龄组及25～年龄组健康人群血液标本293份,应用ELISA试剂盒检测A、C群流脑抗体水平。结果汶川地震灾区健康人群A群流脑抗体总阳性率为82.3%(241/293),抗体含量中位数为4.86μg/ml;C群流脑抗体总阳性率为71.3%(209/293),抗体含量中位数为4.39μg/ml。结论 汶川地震灾区健康人群A群、C群流脑抗体水平均处于较高水平。灾区流脑A+C群疫苗加强接种为预防流脑流行发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the levels of antibodies A and C groups against epidemic meningitis in healthy population of Wenchuan earthquake stricken region,provide evidence for developing prevention measures against the disease.Methods Totally 293 blood samples of healthy population from settlement in 4 age groups were collected,and ELISA assay kit was applied to test the levels of A and C groups antibodies.Results The total positive rate of A group antibody in healthy population of Wenchuan earthquake stricken region was 82.3% with 4.86 μg/ ml as median of amount,and the total postive rate of C group antibody in healthy population was 71.3% with 4.39 μg/ ml as median of amount.Conclusion Both A and C group antibodies among healthy population in Wenchuan earthquake stricken region are at comparatively high level.Epidemic meningitis A+C group vaccine has exerted a phenomenal efforts on the prevention of epidemic meningitis prevalence.更多还原
