【Abstract】 Objective Adopted centralized and unified command model in conbined excutive administrator with technic experts,guided by scientific technique for disease prevention,controled by effective excutive administration,unified arrengement,unified co-ordination,unified conduction to whole county on diseases prevention after earthquake. The disease prevention after earthquake in Mianzhu went on scientifically,normally and orderly,this not only saved a lot of man resourse,materials and money but also assured that the infectious diseases in disaster areas droped down compared with same period of last year.
