【摘要】 目的杀灭病源体,切断传播途径,确保大灾之后无大疫。方法以灾民安置点出入口、厕所、垃圾、粪便、污水淤积处等为消毒、杀虫的重点对象,根据不同情况调整消毒、杀虫药的品种、浓度、施药频次,结合其他防疫措施综合防疫。结果九洲安置点从设立至解散的50 d内,灾民中除发生了一些普通感冒、中暑、消化不良性腹泻等疾病外,无传染性疾病流行及中毒事件发生。结论在采取综合防疫措施的基础上重点对灾民安置点的消毒、杀虫是防止传染性疾病传播的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To destroy pathogen and interrupt epidemic fransmission route to ensure no major epidemics after disasters.Method The technic personnel of CDC and navy hospital mainly disinfected and destroyed vermin at the passageway,the W.C.,the dump,the cesspool in the camp for displaced families,with appropriate kind,concentration and drug delivery frequency for different factual situations,and carr ied out the work of health and epidemic prevention comprehensively.Results There were no major epidemics and cases of food poisoning except some diseases as cold,heatstroke and lienteric diarrhea in the camp during all the 50 days before the victims of earthquake leff the camp.Conclusions Based on comprehensive heath work and epidemic prevention measure,serious disinfection and insect extermination in camp for victims of earthquake would be the effective way to control the fransmission of infectious diseases.更多还原
