【摘要】 目的了解灾区地震4个月后免疫规划工作恢复情况及接种率现状。方法查阅3个地震灾区33个受灾乡镇卫生院的免疫规划资料,并进行问卷调查和接种率抽样调查。结果地震后灾区流动儿童数量加大,流动儿童的主动搜索力度不够。灾区基础"五苗"接种率均在95%以上,但部分乡镇仍存在用房不足,布局不合理,疫苗存储空间不够,疫苗、冷链和资料管理不够规范等问题。结论总体上3个灾区免疫规划各项工作已逐步恢复至震前水平,部分乡镇还有增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of immunization program and the vaccination rate in quake-hit areas in Chengdu.Methods The immunization program data from 33 township centers in 3 earthquake-hit areas were anlyzed,and questionairre survey and vaccination rate survey were conducted.Results Active-searching for the children in floating population should be strengthened in earthquake-hit areas because of the increase of the floating population.The vaccination rates of five basic vaccines were ≥95%.There were some problems in some of township centers,such as lack of rooms,irrational layout in rooms,insuffient cold storage space for vaccines,the irregular management of vaccines,cold chains and immunization data.Conclusion The immunization programs in quake-hit area are in restoring step by step,which had been strengthened in some townships.更多还原
