【摘要】 目的全面了解5.12地震灾后彭州市免疫规划工作现状,为灾后恢复、重建和进一步规范免疫规划相关工作提供基础信息。方法根据各镇受灾程度采用分层随机抽样方法共抽取9个镇作为调查点,采用听汇报、查资料、现场调查的方式完成调查表的填写,汇总进行综合分析。结果各镇平均免疫规划专职人员1.44名,兼职人员1.89名,有接种上岗证人员2.89名;免疫规划用房3.11间,普通冰箱1.44台,冷藏箱3.33个,冷藏包5.22个,紫外线消毒设备1套;每月平均开展常规接种1.56次,4.88d;建卡率86.67%,接种卡丢失率6.84%;建证率97.41%,接种证丢失率16.35%;卡证符合率68.42%;新纳入免疫规划常用疫苗原接种率60%左右。结论镇级免疫规划专职人员不足,设备不足,每月开展接种次数和时间不足,建卡率低,存在免疫空白儿童,儿童预防接种证丢失率高,合格接种率低,管理亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To have a comprehensive understanding of the immunization program after May-12 earthquake in Pengzhou City, for post-disaster rehabilitation, reconstruction and further regulation of the immunization work on the basis of information provided. Methods In accordance with the extent of the affected towns,stratified random sampling method was used. A total of nine towns were selected as survey sites. Comprehensive analysis was made based on data collected from field survey,materials and reports etc. Results In 9 towns,the average immunization full-time staff is 1.44,part-time staff 1.89,and personnel with certificate vaccination post 2.89. The average immunization room is 3.11,ordinary refrigerators 1.44, freezers 3.33, 5.22 frozen package, and a set of ultra-violet disinfection equipment. Average monthly routine immunization is carrying out 1.56 times, 4.88 days. The rate of vaccination card is 86.67%, the rate of vaccination card loss 6.84%, the rate of vaccination certificate 97.41%,and the rate of vaccination certificate loss 16.35%. The vaccination certificate to fit in with the card is 68.42%. The inoculation rate of original vaccines in new immunization program is about 60%.Conclusion Based on the results of low in full-time staff,equipment,number of times to carry out vaccination premonth,valcination card rate,and qualified vaccination rate as were as gaps in children immunization,the immunization management should be strengthened.更多还原
