一种无动力内循环生化反应器的设计研究
Design of the Invention Relates to an Unpowered Internal Circulation Biochemical Reactor
【摘要】 排放标准的提高污水处理过程中对设备和设施的稳定性、经济性提出了更高的要求,文章介绍了一种无动力内循环生化反应器,反应器的设计包括缺氧反应区、好氧反应区、沉淀区三个部分,三者之间通过内循环系统、进水泵、曝气风机、集气罩等相连通,集气罩通过提升管与气液分离池相连通,气液分离池通过回流管与缺氧反应区底部相连通。通过气提作用促进污水的整个过程,具有占地面积小、能耗低、有机物和总氮去除效果好、抗冲击能力强等优点。
【Abstract】 The improvement of discharge standard requires higher stability and economy of equipment and facilities,This article mainly introduces a kind of power within the circulation biochemical reaction precipitation tower,the design of the reactor including anoxic zone、aerobic reaction area and precipitation area,These three parts are connected by an internal circulation system,a water inlet pump,an aeration fan and a gas hood.gas collecting cover through ascension pipe connect with gas liquid separation pool,gas liquid separation pool through the return line in connecting with hypoxia at the bottom of the reaction zone.The whole process of sewage is promoted by air stripping,which has the advantages of small land area,low energy consumption,good removal effect of organic matter and total nitrogen,and strong impact resistance.
