【摘要】 宪法监督制度是保障宪法有效实施、发挥效力的关键,是一国民主制度的基础。经过数代人探索与努力,我国已基本建成具有中国特色的宪法监督制度。2018年3月,现行宪法进行第五次修订,增添宪法宣誓与宪法和法律委员会的规定内容,对当前宪法监督制度产生新影响。在此背景下,探讨宪法监督制度健全与完善的基础,探索宪法监督机构的进一步完善与合宪性审查工作体系化的推进,具有理论与实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The constitutional supervision system is the key to ensuring the effective implementation of the constitution and exerting its effectiveness. It is the foundation of a country’s democratic system. After several generations of exploration and efforts,China has basically established a constitutional supervision system with Chinese characteristics. In March 2018,the current constitution was amended for the fifth time,adding the constitutional oath and the provisions of the Constitution and the Law Commission,and having a new influence on the constitutional supervision system. In this context,it explores the basis for perfecting and improvement the constitutional supervision system,exploring the further improvement of the supervision institutions in the constitutional supervision system,and advancing the systematization of constitutional review work,which has theoretical and practical value.更多还原
