基于MAX1452硅压力传感器温度补偿系统的设计
Design of Compensating Silicon Piezoresistive Sensor’ Error based on MAX1452
【摘要】 针对硅压阻式传感器存在的温度漂移误差和输出信号的非线性提出了利用MAX1452温度调理芯片进行补偿的方案。描述了传感器温度补偿系统的整体构架,着重阐述了MAX1452的补偿原理以及对传感器的补偿过程。测试结果表明传感器经过补偿以后,在-40~80℃的温度范围内输出的信号与压力成较好的线性关系,测量的误差小于0.8%。
【Abstract】 A plan was introduced for compensating the temperature errors and the no-liner of the silicon pressure sensor by using the MAX1452 processor.The frame of this compensating system was described.This paper gives the principles of the temperature compensation and executive processes of pre-calibration and compensation.The experimental results show that the relation between the pressure and the output of the pressure sensor is linear in the range of-40℃~80℃,the measurement error is smaller than 0.8%.
