【摘要】 介绍了一种石油勘探MEMS加速度传感器,该传感器是一种适应石油、煤田地震勘探设备向小型化、高分辨率、智能化方向发展的一种新产品。对石油勘探MEMS加速度传感器与传统检波器的特点进行了比较分析,介绍了该传感器已达到的技术指标和与国外同类产品的比较情况,同时介绍了数据采集及多传感器融合技术、地震勘探系统接口技术等应用方面的研究,最后介绍了该传感器在煤田勘探的实验情况。更多还原
