【摘要】 我们通过走访调研、调查问卷等形式对彬长集团下属的几个矿区:含大佛寺煤矿、小庄煤矿、胡家河煤矿、孟村煤矿、文家坡煤矿以及所属的生产服务中心、电力分公司、救援中心2017级学历提升的学员进行的调查问卷。主要就学员进修前的毕业学校、工龄、所学专业、现在的工作岗位、继续进修的目的等信息进行调查问卷,认为,把握中高职衔接的办学方向,人才培养的定位,合理制定人才培养方案和课程体系改革是解决当前问题的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through visit investigation, questionnaires and other forms, a survey is carried out in several mining area including Dafosi coal mine, Xiaozhuang coal mine, Hujiahe coal mine, Mengcun coal mine, Wenjiapo coal mines, and the production of service center, power branch, students of Grade 2017 for improving degree level in rescue center. The questionnaires are mainly on students study in the graduate school before, length of service, professional, present work, the purpose of further continuing. It shows that the key to solve the current problem is to master the higher running orientation, locate the talent training, and make the curriculum system reform plan reasonably.更多还原
