【Abstract】 The process characteristics of ammonia convection section were introduced. The causes of bursting and over temperature were analyzed based on factors such as wall temperature, coil material quality and tube stress analysis. The results showed that the local stress cracking of the welded joint was an important source of bursting failure. Finally, a repair plan for mixing coil in convection section was proposed.更多还原
