【摘要】 远洋渔业是中国具有战略性意义的渔业产业,发展远洋渔业不仅可以促进经济发展,更能增强中国综合实力,维护国家海洋权益,提升中国在全球渔业资源开发利用舞台中的话语权。针对现阶段中国远洋渔业的发展定位,剖析建立新型远洋渔业大国关系的重点、难点等亟待解决的问题,并提出相关对策建议。研究认为中国应通过建立与其他渔业国家的合作共赢机制,将自身的捕捞技术和经验、发展模式优势转化为深化合作与共赢机制的内在优势,与世界各国发展建立友好型、合作型的新型渔业互信关系,构建全球海洋经济命运共同体,树立中国负责任渔业大国形象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oceanic fishery is a strategic economic industry in China. Developing oceanic fishery can not only improve China’s economy,but also strengthen China’s comprehensive strength,guarantee China’s marine rights and interests,and enhance its voice in the world. Based on the guidance of the Ministry of Agriculture on fisheries transformation,this paper analyzes the position of China’s oceanic fisheries in its current development stage and the problems to be solved urgently in its development,and deeply analyzes the key points and difficulties in establishing a new type of relationship between major oceanic fishery countries. This paper puts forward the development countermeasures of China ’s offshore fisheries industry,clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of China ’s oceanic fisheries industry in an all-round way,establishes a win-win cooperation mechanism with other fishery countries,transforms the advantages of its own fishing technology,experiences and development mode into a deepening cooperation and win-win mechanism,and develops and establishes a friendly type with other countries in the world. A new type of cooperative and mutual-trust relationship should be established to build a global marine economy.更多还原
