【摘要】 目的:观察地震伤员并发气性坏疽病人的临床疗效以及院内感染防治效果。方法:在5.12地震后收治的2例气性坏疽病人进行综合治疗以及制定严格的院内感染防控措施。结果:2例病人均行截肢手术,并成功治愈,未有发生院内交叉感染。结论:地震伤员并发严重气性坏疽需早期手术及综合治疗可减少死亡;早期制定并且严格执行气性坏疽防控措施,可防止院内感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gas gangrene complicated in seismic wounded as well as the preventive and treatment efficacy of nosocomial infection control.Methods:After 5.12 earthquake,two cases of gas gangrene received the comprehensive treatment and the strict prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection.Results:The two wounded cases underwent amputations and successfully healed without cross-infection occurred in hospital.Conclusion:The seismic wounded complicated by serious gas gangrene needs early surgical and combined treatment for reducing death.Early formulation and strict implementation of prevention and control measures for gas gangrene can prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection better.更多还原
