【摘要】 目的:探索地震灾害医院内紧急救援模式,提高创伤救治效率。方法:分析总结我院2008年5月12～31日救治1 912例地震伤病人的临床资料。结果:死亡42例,创伤早期死亡率为2.2%,手术989例,转出治疗844例,治愈出院997例,继续治疗29例。结论:全院统一组织、高效协调配合、规范救援实施行为是医院救援成功的关键,可减少合并伤,降低伤残率及死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the rescue mode of earthquake disaster in hospital,and to make trauma care more effectively.Methods:To analyze the clinical data of the 1912 cases of Wenchuan earthquake from May 12,2008 to,May 31 2008.Results:The death was 42,the death rate was 2.2%,989 got operation,844 transfered for further treatment,997 discharged after early wound stage,29 got continue caring.Conclusion:It is important to unify and organize,cooperate and have a standard rescue behavior for having a succeed-ing hospital rescue,which may decrease the associated injury,lower disability rate and death rate.更多还原
