【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the method of triage and remedy of earthquake casualties.Methods:To review the data from the remedy work of Wenchuan earthquake casualties in Beichuan.Results:In the locate and backward hospital,based on effective triage and corresponding remedy,the team remedied about 500 patients in the locate and 700 patients in Mianyang 404 hospital.Conclusion: Qualitative triage is a bound method to mass earthquake casualties.The author suggests a new triage method of 5 categories about mass catastrophe casualties,and they are light injury,moderate injury,severe injury,mortal injury and death.The category is correspond to the injury degree of casualties,the sequence of remedy is based on the degree.The severe casualties is prior to others.更多还原
