新型磁流变减震器的设计及特性分析

【摘要】 分析了用于汽车半主动悬架系统的磁流变减震器的结构原理与工作模式,通过对其阻尼力模型进行分析可知,减震器的最大阻尼出力与其结构参数、剪切屈服应力及零场粘度有关.由于现有磁流变减震器受到空间尺寸约束,磁场作用下的阻尼通道长度有限,因此在原有的Lord RD-1005-3减震器基础上对其阻尼通道进行了改良设计,并通过Matlab软件对这两种减震器进行阻尼力力学模型建模及外特性仿真分析,得到的最大阻尼出力相比原减震器大大增加.

【Abstract】 The structure principle and the working model are introduced for the MR fluid damper using in the automotive suspension,the analysis results of the damping force model show that the damping force is related to the structure parameters、shear yield stress and viscosity of the MR fluid.Because of the restriction of the spacial dimension,the exiting MR fluid damper face the problem that the gap effective length which working under the magnetic field is constraint.A new MR fluid damper with a longer effective length gap was designed,and by modeling of the damping force,the external characteristic is analysised between the two MR fluid dampers,the simulation shows that the damping force of the new MR fluid damper is larger.
