基于进气参数的渔船柴油机尾气排放影响分析

【摘要】 渔船柴油机尾气排放因其进气形式的多样化而无法根据渔机型谱直接进行合理评价,特别在进气增压是否必带中冷后才能达到国Ⅰ排放标准方面存在较大争议。针对该问题,通过数值仿真方法,应用AVL Fire软件对某一型号渔船柴油机的进气压力与进气温度的变化对尾气排放影响规律进行了数值仿真及比较分析,并通过台架试验验证了仿真结果。从而得出:低压进气形式的渔船柴油机难以达到国Ⅰ排放标准,提高进气压力并降低进气温度方法即增压中冷方法是解决排放达标问题的有效途径。

【Abstract】 Fishery vessel engines are classified for many types according to inlet air’s module and the type spectrum of which diesel engine are formed. But the emissions from them can’t be evaluated reasonably from type spectrum, especially it become the controversial opinion that the fishery vessel engine with turbocharger must install the intermediate cooler for meeting the first stage limitation of exhaust pollutants from marine engines in China. Aiming at the problem, the AVL Fire software is used to simulate and compare the pollutant emissions of one fishing vessel diesel engine when inlet air’s parameters change such as pressure and temperature. The data from simulation are compared each other and verified by the test data,the conclusion is put out finally. The conclusion is that the fishery vessel fitted with the diesel engine with low pressure of inlet air can’t meet the first stage limitation of exhaust pollutants, and the method including turbocharger and intermediate cooler is one effective way to solve emission questions of fishery vessel engines.
