页岩多孔砖夹芯砌体抗压强度的试验研究

【摘要】 对页岩装饰多孔砖夹芯复合墙砌体进行抗压试验,分析了4个强度等级水泥砂浆砌筑的4组24个试件的破坏特征、抗压强度。试验表明,页岩装饰多孔砖夹芯复合砌体试件的受压破坏过程有其自身特征,在拉接筋作用下,内、外叶墙开裂荷载和破坏荷载有明显的变化规律。通过数据回归,提出了页岩装饰多孔砖夹芯复合墙砌体抗压强度计算建议公式:fm=0.72姨f1(1+0.07f2)。

【Abstract】 Through the compressive strength test to the shale decorated perforated brick filled composite masonry,there comes an analysis of performances of 4 groups,24 samples of four strength rating cement mortars,concerning their damage features and compressive strength.Test results show that the shale decorated perforated brick filled composite masonry has its distinct characteristics in the process of compression damage.The masonry cracking load and damage load have obvious change rule under the function of binding rebar.By way of regression analysis,this paper brings forth the formula to get the compressive strength design values for the shale decorated perforated brick filled composite masonry:fm=0.72(1+0.07f2).
