洪水与未来强震
Indication of Flood to Coming Strong Earthquakes
【摘要】 大地震前发生洪水的震例多,比例高。强震前由于地壳中应力增强、微破裂增多增大造成的地气逸出,震区及其下风向地区气溶胶浓度显著增大为水汽凝结提供大量凝结核,是造成过度降水形成洪涝的潜在原因。
【Abstract】 There were many cases in which floods occurred before large earthquakes taking a high ratio among big shocks.The number and scale of micro-fractures in the Earth’s crust increasing due to stress enhancement before strong earthquakes,caused the Earth Air escaped.Significantly increased aerosol concentration over seismic zone and its downwind area provided large amounts of condensation nuclei for the condensation of water vapor,causing excessive rainfall and flood potentially.
