【Abstract】 There were many cases in which floods occurred before large earthquakes taking a high ratio among big shocks.The number and scale of micro-fractures in the Earth’s crust increasing due to stress enhancement before strong earthquakes,caused the Earth Air escaped.Significantly increased aerosol concentration over seismic zone and its downwind area provided large amounts of condensation nuclei for the condensation of water vapor,causing excessive rainfall and flood potentially.更多还原
