虚拟样机技术的冗余驱动振动台内力控制仿真研究
Inner force control simulation and analyzing of actuation redundant shaking table based on virtual prototyping technology
【摘要】 六自由度振动台是一个驱动冗余系统,各激振器间容易产生内力耦合,严重时将使振动台无法工作。采用虚拟样机技术建立六自由度冗余驱动振动台的刚柔耦合模型并进行联合仿真,分析振动台各激振器间的内力耦合特性,并验证内力消除控制策略的有效性。
【Abstract】 Six degrees of freedom shaking table is an actuation redundant system.It’s easy to generate internal force coupling among actuators,seriously leading to the shaking table unable to work.In order to analysis the inner force of six DOF(Degrees Of Freedom) shaking table,the simulation system based on the establishment of virtual prototyping technology has to be established.The characteristic of inner force is analyzed.Furthermore force balance control strategy is validated.
