ANSYS的电动矿用自卸车有限元模态分析

【摘要】 利用ANSYS有限元软件分别建立了220 t电动矿用自卸车的整车和车架的有限元模型,得出自卸车整车的低阶固有频率和振型,并进行对比。结果显示:在低阶振动模态中,车架前端的刚度相对较低;整车和车架的固有频率均不在发动机的振动频率范围内,避免了发生共振;整车和车架的相同振型的固有频率差别在5%以内。

【Abstract】 The finite-element model of the whole and the frame of 220t motorized wheel dump truck were established based on ANSYS,and the natural vibration model parameters were obtained.The results show that:the rigidity of the front part of frame is low in the lower frequncies,the natural frequencies of the whole and the frame are all out of the frequency of the rotate frequency of engine,the error between the natural frequencies of the whole and the frame with the same vibration charateristic are in 5%.
