【摘要】 5.12汶川特大地震对我国受灾地区的社区造成了巨大的破坏。社区文化重建是灾后社区重建的基本内容之一,对社区重建的意义重大。在统筹优选思想的指导下,综合运用突发事件应急管理的理论与方法,对灾后社区文化的重建进行探索,建立了灾后社区文化重建的具体模式,期望能为灾后又好又快地进行社区文化重建有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the cultural reconstruction of the stricken area by the theory and the methods for emergency management with the statistical optimal principle.
