【Abstract】 This paper carries out random surveys on new communities in the urban and rural stricken area of Wenchuan and analyzes their living conditions,management system,social life,psychological state and the employment situation.Then it takes an aim at the new communities for disaster management issues and proposes policy recommendations to increase community-based security,establishes the community organizations,strengthens community management model,builds community support networks,improves community services platform and builds new rural communities.更多还原
