【摘要】 我国是一个煤炭资源丰富,而石油和天然气相对贫乏的国家。煤炭资源量占化石能源的95%以上,探明煤炭资源量占化石能源的90%以上,我国煤炭资源的潜在价值是石油和天然气潜在价值总和的60倍。几十年来,煤炭在我国能源消费构成中一直占70%以上的比重,即使到2050年,煤炭在我国能源构成中的比重仍占50%以上。在相当长的时期内,煤炭在我国能源消费构成中的主导地位不会发生根本变化。因此,煤炭在我国一次能源中占有主导地位,然而与煤炭生产相关的资源破坏环境损害以及生产事故问题也十分突出。本文从煤矿废水、瓦斯、煤矸石、粉尘、噪音等五方面对矿山环境造成的污染及复垦技术作了简要的介绍。

【Abstract】 China is a rich in coal resources,while oil and natural gas is relatively poor countries.Coal resources accounts for more than 95% of fossil energy,proven coal accounts for more than 90% of fossil energy,the potential value of China’s coal resources is the sum of the potential value of oil and natural gas 60 times.For decades,coal energy consumption structure in China has been more than 70% of proportion.Even in 2050,the composition of coal in the proportion of energy still accounts for more than 50%.For a long period of time,energy consumption constitute of coal in China’s leading position will not come up a fundamental change.Therefore,the coal in China’s primary energy occupy a dominant position,however,the resources associated with coal production and the production of accident damage to the problem of environmental damage is also very prominent.This article from five aspects of the mine waste water,gas,coal gangue,dust,noise and other to environmental pollution caused by mining and reclamation techniques are briefly introduced.
