叶面喷施硒肥对糯玉米产量、硒含量及重金属含量的影响
Effects of Foliar Spraying of Selenium Fertilizer on Yield, Selenium Content and Heavy Metals Content in Waxy Maize
【摘要】 【目的】探讨不同浓度硒肥对糯玉米产量、硒含量及重金属含量的影响,为糯玉米科学施用硒肥提供参考。【方法】以不同类型糯玉米品种(桂甜糯611、桂糯615和桂黑糯609)为材料,在玉米大喇叭口期喷施不同浓度(0.0、0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0 g/L)水溶性硒肥(锌硒葆),分析硒肥对糯玉米产量、硒含量及重金属含量的影响。【结果】喷施不同浓度硒肥对糯玉米产量及产量相关性状无显著影响。随着硒肥浓度的增加,不同类型糯玉米品种籽粒硒含量随之增加,其中桂糯615增幅最大,硒含量最高达到0.265 mg/kg,是清水对照的2.82倍。不同糯玉米品种镉、砷的含量随着喷施硒肥浓度的增加而降低,其中桂甜糯611镉、砷含量下降幅度最为明显,最大降幅分别为52.94%和77.78%。糯玉米硒含量与镉、砷含量相关性分别为-0.5509和-0.8530,分别达到显著和极显著负相关。【结论】喷施外源硒肥对糯玉米产量无明显提高作用,但外源硒肥浓度的增加可显著提高不同糯玉米品种籽粒的硒含量,同时降低其镉、砷含量。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The present paper aimed to discuss the effects of different selenium fertilizer concentration on waxy maize yield, selenium content and heavy metals content, to provide scientific references for applying selenium fertilizer of waxy maize.【Method】Taking different types of waxy maize(GTN611, GN615 and GHN609) as materials, by spraying different concentrations of water soluble selenium fertilizer(0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 g/L) in maize big trumpet period, to analyze the effects of selenium fertilizer on waxy maize yield, selenium content and heavy metals content.【Result】Spraying different concentration of selenium fertilizer was not significant to waxy maize yield and yield related traits. With the increase of selenium fertilizer concentration, different types of waxy maize varieties grain selenium content increased, the largest rise was GN615, that selenium content up to 0.265 mg/kg and 2.82 times than the contrast. Waxy maize varieties of cadmium and arsenic content were decreased with the increase of concentration of selenium fertilizer, the cadmium and arsenic content reduction of the GTN 611 were most distinct, the biggest drop was 52.94 % and 77.78 %, respectively. The correlations between waxy maize selenium and cadmium, arsenic were-0.5509 and-0.8530, reached significant and extremely significant negative correlation respectively. 【Conclusion】Spraying exogenous selenium fertilizer had no obvious increase on waxy maize yield, but increasing concentration of exogenous selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the selenium content of different varieties of waxy maize grain, and reduce the content of cadmium, arsenic in the meantime.
