【摘要】 通过对日本避难场所规划的回顾,归纳出其分级与定义、设置原则、设置要求与发展策略。指出日本避难场所是以经验与行为学为设置原则,逐渐强化日本的防灾计划体系,而以建构防灾生活圈为核心的体系与强化避难场所的引导行为作为主要发展策略。同时,提出了相应的建议,以期对我国完善既有的防灾体系和规划有所启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article penetrates to Japan evacuation area planning review,induces its graduation and the definition,the establishment principle,the establishment requests and develops the strategy. Among them,pointed out Japan evacuation area is take experiences and the behavior study as the establishment principle,but strengthens Japan’s disaster prevention plan system gradually,but take constructed construction disaster prevention life circle for core system and strengthening evacuation area guidance behavior for the main development strategy.The article simultaneously proposes the corresponding suggestion,and hopes to consummate the existing disaster prevention system and the planning in our country.更多还原
