构造创新:震后废旧建筑材料的再利用——兼谈《地震灾区建筑垃圾处理技术导则(试行)》
Structural Innovation:the Principle of Re-use of Discarded Building Materials Directly in Post-earthquake Reconstruction
【摘要】 5.12汶川大地震发生在四川西北部山区,地形十分复杂,震后交通系统受到严重破坏.在建筑机械、原材料运输等方面造成很大困难,更增添了灾后重建的难度。充分利用废墟中的废旧建筑材料进行灾后重建不仅节约资源.而且有利于灾民参与家园重建,具有经济层面、社会层面、文化层面等多重意义。在总结海内外震后重建历史经验的基础上,提出以构造创新为原则的废旧建筑材料直接再利用之道。
【Abstract】 The traffic system has been severely damaged after the Wenchuan earthquake.The transportation of construction machinery and raw materials have great trouble,which added difficulty in post-disaster reconstruction.To take full advantage of the discarded building materials in reconstruction,we should conserve resources and help victims to rebuild their homes.Based on the historical experience of post-earthquake reconstruction at home and abroad,this paper proposes the principle of the direct re-use of discarded materials by structural innovation.
