【摘要】 "绿水青山就是金山银山"是新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设必须树立和践行的理念。习近平总书记这一理念的创立经过了一个发展过程,其内涵也随之不断丰富,主要有:"山水林田湖草是生命共同体""保护生态环境就是保护生产力,改善生态环境就是发展生产力""冰天雪地也是金山银山""良好生态环境是最公平的公共产品,是最普惠的民生福祉""生态兴则文明兴,生态衰则文明衰"。这些都是对马克思主义人与自然关系思想的继承、丰富和发展,也是马克思主义生态文明观在当代发展的最新理论成果。不仅如此,"绿水青山就是金山银山"的理念,还必须通过全面推动绿色发展、着力解决突出环境问题、加大生态系统保护力度、加快推进生态文明体制改革、构建生态文明建设评价指标体系等路径加以践行。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" is a conviction established and practiced in the construction of ecological civilization of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. The establishment of this conviction has gone through a development process,and its meaning is being constantly enriched,including ideas that mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses constitute a community of life, that protecting and improving the ecological environment means protecting and improving productive forces, and that a good ecological environment is the most equitable public product, and so on.These ideas inherit and enrich Marxism on the relationship between man and nature,and thus they represent the latest theoretical achievements in developing Marxist ecological civilization in the contemporary era. In addition,the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets must be implemented through accelerating green development,focusing on solving prominent environmental problems,strengthening ecological system protection,comprehensively deepening the reform of ecological and environmental supervision system and building an evaluation index system for ecological civilization construction.更多还原
