昌吉州燃煤电厂粉煤灰物化性质及其综合利用分析

【摘要】 新疆昌吉州粉煤灰量逐年递增给当地造成了严重的环境污染,同时企业无法对其回收利用造成了较大的资源浪费。通过对新疆昌吉州十二家燃煤电厂粉煤灰进行物理化学分析,发现主要组成为二氧化硅,其含量平均为47.43%;三氧化铝、三氧化铁含量平均为17.98%、7.16%。为了提高粉煤灰的综合利用率,结合此次分析结果及粉煤灰资源化利用现状,对昌吉州粉煤灰在建筑行业、农业、化学工业、冶金工业、环境保护业的高附加值利用方面提出了利用对策。

【Abstract】 The amount of fly ash in Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang is increasing year by year, causing severe environmental pollution to the local area. Meanwhile, enterprises could not recycle the fly ash, resulting in a great waste of resources. The physicochemical analysis of fly ash from 12 coal-fired power plants in Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang shows that the main composition is silicon dioxide with an average content of 47.43%, and the average content of aluminum trioxide and ferric oxide is 17.98% and 7.16%. In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of fly ash, in combination with the analysis results and the resource utilization status of fly ash, countermeasures are proposed for high value-added utilization of Changji fly ash in building industry, agriculture, chemical industry, metallurgical industry and environmental protection industry.
