【摘要】 目的探讨地震伤员抑郁发生的相关因素,为临床护理提供干预依者一般资料表,在患者知情同意原则下,对80例地震伤员进行调查。结果地震伤员的抑郁发生率为42.5%,患者的家庭受损状况、性格、经济状况、生活自理程度、支持系统是影响抑郁症状发生的重要因素。结论地震伤员抑郁的发生与多种因素有关,心理干预应及早并持之以恒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation factors of depressed emotion of earthquake wounded persons.Methods 80 cases with earthquake injury were investigated with self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The incidence of depression in earthquake wounded persons was 42.5%.Home damaged condition,temperament,financial condition,self-care ability and support system were significantly related with the depression.Conclusion The depression occurring of earthquake wounded persons was related with multiple factors.The psychological intervention should be done early and persevere.更多还原
