【摘要】 目的总结汶川地震中骨科患者救治经验,为大规模突发灾难事件的救治提供参考。方法对2008年5月12日~21日收治的地震骨科患者的临床资料及救治效果进行分析。结果我院共救治骨科病人1062例,地震伤员主要集中在震后头3天内(87.3%);骨科患者清创缝合434例,行切开复位内固定或外固定支架固定者、骨筋膜室切开减压术及截肢手术136例;对骨折患者早期治疗以小夹板或石膏外固定等非手术治疗为主(77.2%)。结论针对地震伤的特点,医疗单位高效的救治管理,及时、专业地救治可取得较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the means for the early treatment to the orthopedic cases from distress area of Wenchuan,so as to provide reference for the remedy of victim of Catastrophic events.Methods The analysis of characteristic of Time to hospital admission,Surgical volume?and treatment for the orthopedic cases from distress area of Wenchuan from May 12th to May 21st,2008.Results a total of 1062 orthopedic cases from distress area were admitted from May 12th to May 21st,2008, most of victim(87.3%) were admitted to hospital in The first 3 days after earthquake,among which Debridement and suturing were 434 cases,open reduction and internal fixation,external fixator fixation,open decompression of Osteofascial compartment and amputated extremity were 136 cases.the early treatment to the fractured cases suffering fracture from distress area of Wenchuan was Mainly Small splint or plaster external fixation and other non-surgical treatment(77.2%).Conclusions To aim directly at the characteristics injuries resulting from the earthquake,effective remedy-managing and professional treatment could lead to a good achievement.更多还原
