【Abstract】 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake has brought a rare natural crisis. Environmental non-governmental organizations made an action immediately, and took the initiative to take on the social responsibility of earthquake relief and reconstruction, with a positive attitude to answer this sudden catastrophe. It is no doubt that these things will facilitate the non-governmental organizations involved in emergency response and management of environmental risk to accumulate a valuable experience. This paper attempts to show the basic morphology of the relief operations of environmental non-governmental organizations in earthquake and post-earthquake, and make a reflection of their performance.更多还原
