【摘要】 "4·20"芦山地震破坏性强、受灾地域广、受灾群众多、安置灾民规模大,是预防次生灾害任务最重的自然灾害。为切实做好地震灾区灾后重建和受灾群众安置点的消防工作,通过对"4·20"芦山地震受灾群众安置点存在的火灾隐患、消防管理等问题的调研,有针对性地提出了地震灾区灾民过渡安置点火灾防控的措施,对防止人员伤亡的火灾和"火烧连营"情况的发生具有很强的现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 "4·20"Lushan earthquake made big damage,influenced large area and many people,and had large transitional settlement.It’s a natural disaster with heavy task of preventing secondary disaster.In order to do a good job of fire management during the reconstruction and transitional settlement,by investigation of the fire hazard and fire management of the transitional settlements,countermeasures of fire prevention were put forward,which can help preventing the fire accidents causing casualties and secondary accidents.更多还原
