测定双轴磁传感器正交度的椭圆拟合法

【摘要】 为了解决磁矢量投影法测双轴磁传感器正交度时步骤复杂、耗时费力等问题,提出椭圆拟合法测定双轴磁传感器正交度。利用最小二乘法对磁传感器的输出数据进行椭圆拟合,求出李萨如图形的一般方程,再根据方程所得的参数即可求得李萨如图的几何特征量,从而求得双轴磁传感器的正交角度。实测试验表明:利用椭圆拟合测定双轴磁传感器正交度的方法可在降低操作复杂度和测试设备费用的前提下获得较高的精度。

【Abstract】 Ellipse fitting algorithm for dual-axis magnetic sensor orthogonality measurement was presented to resolve the peobloem of complicated and exhausting procedure which caused by the vector projecting method.The parametric equation of Lissajous figure could be sloved by ellipse fitting algorithm with least square method.Then the orthogonality of dual-axis magnetic sensor could be calculated by the geometric characteristics of the Lissajous figure after the parameters of the parametric equation been obtained.Measurement result indicated that the ellipse fitting algorithm not only could get high precision,but also was easily realized and simple to handle.
