基于泄漏故障下的磁流变阻尼器力学性能研究

【摘要】 基于磁流变阻尼器力学模型,对泄漏故障下的磁流变阻尼器的力学性能及其阻尼力-位移曲线进行了研究,并通过试验验证了磁流变阻尼器最大阻尼力随着泄漏的加重会逐渐变大,而且在一定的励磁电流作用下,磁流变液会发生剪切稀化现象,反而导致最大阻尼力逐渐变小。研究还发现随着磁流变液黏滞系数的增大,磁流变阻尼器的速率对其阻尼力的影响逐渐减弱。

【Abstract】 Based on the mechanical model of magnetorheological damper and its leakage fault,the mechanical properties of magnetorheological damper and its damping force-displacement curve were studied,and it was proved by experiments that the maximum damping force of magnetorheological damper becomes larger with the leakage increases.Under a certain exciting current,magnetorheological fluid will occur shear thinning phenomenon,which leads to the diminishing of the maximum damping force.The study also found that the influence of rate of magnetorheological damper on the damping force weakens gradually as the viscous coefficient of magneto-rheological fluid increases.
